Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations and ensure optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, cash transactions, and maintain financial accountability
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts for seamless service flow
- Assist with opening/closing duties including stocking and sanitizing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
