Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, taking accurate food/beverage orders and delivering with precision
- Manage station cleanliness and ensure compliance with health/safety standards
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Build rapport with guests to enhance repeat business satisfaction
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and side work
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TAM certification preferred (training provided if needed)
