Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking and food/beverage delivery
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior restaurant server experience
- Washington State Food Handler Permit required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
