Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless meal execution
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Upsell signature dishes and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and poise
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service protocols
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Ohio Alcohol Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
