Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately enter orders using our modern POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor tables for refills, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout dining experience
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain immaculate station hygiene
- Collaborate with hosts, bussers, and management to ensure seamless service flow
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- TIPS/ABC certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
- Food handler certification preferred
