Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Manage table turnover while maintaining cleanliness and ambiance
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and daily inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card (ServSafe preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
