Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with precise order accuracy
- Manage table rotations and seating assignments efficiently
- Process payments and reconcile cash/POS transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Texas Food Handler certification required
- Proficient with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic wine/beer knowledge preferred
