Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff
- Manage table rotations efficiently to ensure optimal guest flow and satisfaction
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional restaurant or high-volume dining experience
- Massachusetts Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety knowledge and ability to handle allergen information
