Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Basic POS system proficiency
