Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with warm professionalism and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle payment transactions and daily cash reconciliation
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals and California cuisine trends
- Excellent multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills
