Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution during peak hours
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness standards for tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium offerings to enhance guest check averages
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Philadelphia ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hrs/week)
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Knowledge of allergen protocols and dietary restrictions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- PA Alcohol Server Permit required
