Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with expert menu knowledge and allergen awareness
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak service hours
- Upsell premium beverages and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness throughout shift
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with genuine hospitality and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Square, or similar)
- Valid Minnesota alcohol service permit (TIPS certified)
