Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with expert knowledge
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Monitor table cleanliness and restock supplies
- Upsell specials and promote featured dishes
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler certification (training provided if needed)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local cuisine and beverages a plus
