Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 3-4 sections simultaneously
- Expertly explain seasonal menu items and beverage selections
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Reset tables promptly to ensure smooth table turnover
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience in high-volume settings
- WA State Food Handler Card and alcohol service certification
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Strong knowledge of craft beverages and wine pairings
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel experience preferred)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
