Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of daily specials and menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns immediately.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
