Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable table service with attention to timing and guest preferences
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Upsell premium dishes, beverages, and wine pairings to enhance revenue
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service coordination
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and restaurant cleanliness protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card (ServSafe preferred)

- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
