Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, taking accurate orders and delivering food/beverages
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control
- Manage station cleanliness and maintain high standards of sanitation
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol (LA state requirement)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
