Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and maintain clean dining stations
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of wine and cocktail pairings
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Valid NC Food Handler's Permit preferred
