Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and menu intricacies
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- California Food Handler and Alcohol Server certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license for catering events
