Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and resolve guest inquiries professionally
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and mutual support
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and health department regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking stations and sanitizing areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or high-volume food service experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in diverse settings
