Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to all guests while maintaining knowledge of menu specials and ingredients
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table turnover efficiently while ensuring immaculate presentation and cleanliness
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers with precision
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate during peak hours to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred; training provided for exceptional candidates
- Outstanding communication skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for handling cash transactions
