Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes, beverages, and seasonal specials
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments, timing, and pacing for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle payments, cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across dining areas
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and fellow servers for seamless service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
