Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and beverage orders while maintaining a clean, organized station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Build rapport with guests to create memorable experiences and encourage repeat visits
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist in opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and maintaining dining areas
- Participate in team training to expand knowledge of menu items and wine pairings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of craft beers, wines, and cocktail preparation
