Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with speed and precision
- Accurately process food/drink orders via POS system
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials
- Maintain immaculate table cleanliness and station organization
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (6+ months)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Florida Food Handler Certificate (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
