Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table turnover and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (TABC certified a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certified)
