Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes/beverages
- Process orders accurately via our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for flawless execution
- Handle payments and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of wine/beer service a plus
