Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Expertly present and explain our seasonal menu offerings
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining areas and uphold sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Support opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Wisconsin Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and order management
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork ethic and positive attitude under pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill corrections
