Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism
- Accurately process food/drink orders and payments
- Maintain immaculate dining stations and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and positively
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service protocols
- Support team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service certification required)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
