Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Efficiently manage station cleanliness, table turnover, and side work duties
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally with management support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant serving experience
- TX Alcohol Seller Certification (TABC) required upon hire
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
