Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Process orders accurately using our POS system while maintaining menu knowledge
- Manage table rotations and ensure optimal guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and uphold sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours (6+ hours standing)
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's License required
