Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Expertly manage table rotations and order accuracy in a high-volume setting
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system while maintaining financial accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Upsell premium menu items and wine selections to enhance revenue
- Maintain pristine dining area standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience required
- Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Proficiency with POS systems and order management software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid California driver's license (for catering support)
