Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous server or food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order processing and payment handling
- TAMPC/ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation
