In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our front office operations while providing top-tier administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, managing the front desk and lobby area.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly, screening and taking messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including restocking supplies and amenities.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless office operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework in business or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
