Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and patients with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails, taking accurate messages and escalating urgent inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient check-in processes using our practice management software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and restock office supplies as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proven experience in customer service, phone etiquette, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a busy office environment.
