Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Assist customers via chat, email, and phone during evening hours to resolve technical issues and account inquiries.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems with patience and technical expertise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
