Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to office staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting, including printers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage software installations, updates, and basic configuration.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and office equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on system upgrades and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting basics.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
