Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Collaborate with night shift nursing team on patient care plans

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
