Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist users effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems and office software.
