Responsibilities
- Resolve customer technical issues and account inquiries via phone and email.
- Log detailed tickets and documentation in the CRM system.
- Assist in the installation and setup of client software.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during shift.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments.
- Reliable transportation to Columbus, OH location.
