Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Perform routine system updates and security patch management.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software solutions.
- Monitor inventory of office equipment and report shortages.
Qualifications
