Responsibilities
- Coordinate front-of-house operations during evening and weekend shifts

- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Implement health and safety standards per company guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or shift coordination experience
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)
