Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening operations
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations efficiently
- Prepare and serve signature New Orleans beverages and light bites
- Maintain pristine venue cleanliness and ambiance
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 1 AM), weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and culture preferred
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
