Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Manage front desk operations and handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly during evening hours.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining guest records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Cash handling and accurate processing of payments.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
