- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams to maintain resort safety standards
- Manage reservation systems and update guest preferences in real-time
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate guest documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Proficiency with reservation software and basic POS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if applicable to role specifics)
