Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain secure cash handling
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Support store operations during peak evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week) and weekend availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
