Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves with precision according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout shift
- Attention to detail in stocking and organization tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
