Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service using the GREET model (Greet, Recommend, Engage, Explain, Thank)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Stock and merchandise products according to visual standards
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Support visual merchandising initiatives for seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for potential store transfers)
