Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store appearance
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all new hires!
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
