Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently across all store departments before opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Maintain organized stockrooms and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking schedules
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during early shifts
- Assist in merchandising displays and seasonal promotions as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or retail stocking (2+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid pallet jack certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4 AM start)
