Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming inventory using provided equipment
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and push carts safely per OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling merchandise and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
